01 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Jet Baaz platform — whether through the website at jet-baaz.net, the Jet Baaz mobile app, or any other interface we provide — you confirm that you have read these Terms and Conditions in full and that you agree to be bound by them. These terms form a legally binding agreement between you and Jet Baaz.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use the Jet Baaz platform. Continued use of the platform after any updates to these terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised version. We recommend bookmarking this page and checking it periodically for changes.

02 Eligibility

To register and use a Jet Baaz account, you must meet all of the following requirements:

• You must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration.
• You must be legally permitted to participate in online betting activities under the laws applicable to you in your jurisdiction.
• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction where online betting is explicitly prohibited by law.
• You must not be acting on behalf of another person or entity when registering or placing bets.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, or close family member of a Jet Baaz employee.

Jet Baaz reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any point. If you cannot provide satisfactory verification, your account may be suspended until verification is complete. Accounts confirmed to belong to individuals under 18 will be closed immediately and any deposits returned, minus any winnings generated.

03 Account Registration

When you register a Jet Baaz account, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, email address, phone number, and any other details requested during the registration process. Providing false or misleading information is a breach of these terms.

Each individual may hold only one Jet Baaz account. If you discover that you have accidentally created a duplicate account, you must contact our support team immediately to have the duplicate closed. Intentional creation of multiple accounts — for any reason, including bonus abuse — will result in all associated accounts being closed and balances being forfeited.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. Do not share your password with anyone. Jet Baaz will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or any other channel. If you suspect your account has been accessed without your authorisation, contact support immediately and change your password.

• Use a strong, unique password for your Jet Baaz account.
• Enable two-factor authentication where available.
• Log out of your account when using shared or public devices.
• Keep your contact details up to date so we can reach you if needed.

04 Deposits & Withdrawals

Jet Baaz supports deposits and withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The minimum deposit amount is ৳200 and the minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. There are no fees charged by Jet Baaz on deposits or withdrawals, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.

Deposits are credited to your account balance instantly upon confirmation from the payment provider. Withdrawal requests are processed within minutes for mobile wallet methods (bKash, Nagad, Rocket) and within a few hours for bank transfers, subject to verification checks.

All withdrawals are paid to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit. Jet Baaz does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts, accounts in different names, or payment methods not previously used for a deposit. This policy exists to protect players from fraud and to comply with anti-money laundering requirements.

05 Betting Rules

All bets placed on Jet Baaz are subject to the specific rules of the game or market being wagered on. These rules are displayed within each game or betting market and form part of these Terms and Conditions. In the event of any conflict between game-specific rules and these general terms, the game-specific rules take precedence.

Bets are only valid once confirmed by the Jet Baaz system. A bet confirmation screen and reference number will be displayed after each successful bet placement. If you do not receive a confirmation, the bet may not have been placed — check your bet history before placing again to avoid duplicates.

• Jet Baaz reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event where the outcome was already known at the time of placement.
• Bets placed using funds obtained through fraudulent means will be voided and the account suspended.
• In the event of a technical error that results in incorrect odds or payouts being displayed, Jet Baaz reserves the right to correct the error and recalculate affected bets.
• Live betting markets may be suspended at any time during an event. Any bets placed during a suspension period will be voided.
• Maximum bet limits apply to certain markets and are displayed within the relevant betting interface.

06 Bonuses & Promotions

Jet Baaz offers various bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms stated in the relevant promotion, including wagering requirements, minimum odds, eligible games, and expiry dates. These promotion-specific terms are incorporated into and form part of these Terms and Conditions.

Wagering requirements must be met in full before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. For example, if a bonus carries a 20x wagering requirement and the bonus amount is ৳500, you must wager a total of ৳10,000 before the resulting winnings become withdrawable. The specific wagering requirement for each bonus is stated clearly in the promotion details.

• Bonuses are credited to a separate bonus balance and cannot be withdrawn directly — only winnings generated from bonus play are withdrawable once requirements are met.
• Each player is entitled to claim each promotion once unless otherwise stated.
• Jet Baaz reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time with reasonable notice.
• Bonuses obtained through fraudulent means, including the use of multiple accounts, will be forfeited and the account may be closed.
• Jet Baaz may require identity verification before processing any withdrawal that includes bonus-derived winnings.

07 Responsible Gaming

Jet Baaz is committed to promoting responsible gambling. We provide a range of tools to help players manage their activity, and we encourage all players to use them. These tools are available in your account settings and can be activated at any time.

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on how much you can deposit.
• Session Time Reminders: Receive notifications after a set period of play to remind you how long you've been active.
• Cooling-Off Period: Take a short break from the platform for a defined period (24 hours to 6 weeks).
• Self-Exclusion: Exclude yourself from the platform for a minimum of 6 months. During self-exclusion, your account will be closed and you will not be able to register a new account.

• Registering more than one account or registering on behalf of another person.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or verification.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other tools to place bets or interact with the platform.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in the platform for financial gain.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Initiating fraudulent chargebacks or payment disputes.
• Laundering money or using the platform for any illegal financial activity.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing Jet Baaz staff or other players.
• Attempting to access another player's account without authorisation.

Jet Baaz monitors all account activity for signs of prohibited conduct. Where prohibited conduct is detected, we reserve the right to void all bets, close the account, withhold any balance, and report the activity to relevant authorities.

09 Intellectual Property

All content on the Jet Baaz platform — including but not limited to the logo, brand name, website design, game interfaces, graphics, text, and software — is the intellectual property of Jet Baaz or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any Jet Baaz content without prior written permission.

Your use of the Jet Baaz platform grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. This licence does not include the right to scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from the platform.

10 Privacy & Data

Jet Baaz collects and processes personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using the platform, you consent to the collection and use of your data as described in that policy. We use your data to operate your account, process transactions, verify your identity, provide customer support, and comply with legal obligations.

11 Limitation of Liability

Jet Baaz provides the platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we make every effort to ensure the platform is available and functioning correctly at all times, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access or that the platform will be free from errors or technical issues.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Jet Baaz shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings due to technical errors, loss of data, or interruption of service. Our total liability to you in connection with any claim shall not exceed the amount deposited by you in the 30 days preceding the claim.

12 Account Termination

You may close your Jet Baaz account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance will be returned to your verified payment method, provided all wagering requirements on active bonuses have been met. Bonus balances that have not met wagering requirements will be forfeited upon account closure.

Jet Baaz reserves the right to suspend or close any account at any time, with or without notice, if we determine that the account has been used in violation of these Terms and Conditions, or if we are required to do so by law or regulatory obligation. In cases of suspected fraud or money laundering, we may freeze the account and withhold the balance pending investigation.

13 Changes to Terms

Jet Baaz reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. When we make significant changes, we will notify registered players via email or an in-platform notification. The updated terms will be published on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date.

Your continued use of the Jet Baaz platform after any changes to these terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised version. If you do not agree with the updated terms, you must stop using the platform and contact support to close your account.
